If you are a #Linux user, as a caveat emptor, despite #DasKeyboard advertising Linux support for the 6 Professional #keyboard, they do not support Linux (or MacOS) for firmware updates.
From support:
"The firmware updater can only be run from a Windows computer or VM. I'm sorry we do not have an installer program that will run on a Linux distro."
This doesn't mean it won't work out of box, but you won't have access to bug fixes that might impact you.
Currently, the developer of this wonderful #opensource#keyboard app has no time developing it. This is why I want to highlight, we need to support him with donations to help him get more time to work on the app and bring updates whenever we need it. #foss#floss#fdroid#florisboard
