“moderate alcohol consumption” is a healthy habit?

Does that mean that although I dislike alcohol and have zero alcohol consumption, I must start drinking “moderately” for a healthier life??

Hasn’t it been proven that there is no safe dose for alcohol consumption?

Or is society so brainwashed with alcohol that no one dares to say that it’s unhealthy in any dosage?
