A few magazine and QoL related changes en (kbin.social)

Changes:

Refactor magazines page to include a "Collections" and "People" tab (content not implemented yet).
Change subscriptions button to use an icon (thanks @ThatOneKirbyMain2568).
Use a human-readable format for numbers (e.g. 47K instead of 47010)
Federated magazine names and user names now include an "@" button, which reveals the originating host (inspired by Artemis).
Tapping on magazine names in the feed and magazines in explore now takes you to a magazine specific feed. Magazine details (like description and moderators have not been added yet).
Fix non link threads from being links.
